Oxford, MS (December 10, 2021) – At 9:50 a.m. on the morning of Friday, December 10, a car accident with injuries occurred in Oxford.
According to Oxford Police, the accident happened at 2168 South Lamar Boulevard around the area of Oxford Urology Associates. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area for a period of time.
