Oxford, MS (May 31, 2022) – Injuries stemmed from a car crash that took place at local townhouses in Oxford on Tuesday afternoon, May 31.
According to the Oxford Police Department, the accident happened around 12:15 p.m. at the CB Webb townhouses near the area of Molly Barr Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not entirely known. The vehicles involved in the accident sustained damages as a result of the collision.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other responders were called to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were hurt as a result of the accident. The parties were treated at the scene and then rushed to local hospitals for treatment.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene so traffic could return to normal.
