Oxford, MS (June 24, 2022) – An auto accident happened in Oxford on the afternoon of June 24. At approximately 3:24 p.m., responders were sent to the scene of the crash to assist the involved parties.
Sources say the incident occurred in the 400 block of North Lamar Boulevard near the Graduates Hotel. What led to the collision is under police investigation at this time.
At least one person was in need of medical care at the crash scene. Currently, the extent of the injuries suffered in the accident has not been reported.
Traffic was backed up near the crash site while emergency crews were present.
Police in Oxford are investigating the details of the collision.
