Oxford, MS (June 22, 2022) – A serious auto accident happened in Oxford on the evening of June 22. Reports indicate that the crash happened at around 7:36 p.m. and required an emergency dispatch.
Oxford Police were called to the scene to help the involved parties. Reports show that the wreck occurred in the 200 block of Merchants Drive. What led to the collision remains unknown at this time.
Sources say at least one person required transportation to the hospital to receive emergency medical care due to their injuries. Traffic was delayed in the area while responders worked to secure the scene.
