Oxford, MS (August 12, 2022) – On Thursday, August 11, a severe auto collision took place in Oxford. The incident was reported to police in the area at approximately 6:05 p.m. 

According to information from officials, the crash happened on South 18th Street. An unknown number of cars collided and caused injuries. 

How many people were hurt in the wreck has not been reported. Numerous responders including EMTs, police, and other emergency personnel were seen helping injured victims in the area.
