Pike County, MS (February 14, 2023) – A fatal car crash happened in Pike County on Monday evening. At approximately 8:30 p.m., calls were made to officials concerning the collision.
A woman from Monticello, identified as Angela Wooley, 41, lost her life in the collision. The incident happened on Highway 98 when a Cadillac Escalade, driven by Jer-Rel Mark, 30, of Tylertown, was headed east on the highway.
For unknown reasons, his vehicle collided with Angela Wooley’s vehicle. She lost her life at the crash scene.
Authorities in Pike County continue to investigate the details of the incident.
