Jackson, MS (October 31, 2022) – A car crash happened on the evening of October 29 in Rankin county. Reports indicate the incident occurred shortly before 8:30 p.m. The wreck took place on US 80 East near MS 468 when a truck became jackknifed in the roadway. How many vehicles involved has not been reported at this time. Rescue crews were seen helping at the wreck site a short time after the collision happened. One or more people were transported to the hospital with injuries. The names of those involved have not been released.
