Ripley, MS – Ronald Meeks Loses Life in Traffic Collision on CR-200

Ripley, MS (November 7, 2023) – A traffic accident claimed the life of one Ronald Meeks on the morning of Thursday, November 2. The incident took place in Ripley at around 8:32 a.m.

At this time, the exact cause of the crash has not been reported. Sources say that two vehicles collided on County Road 200 under circumstances still being investigated by local police. 

EMTs, fire crews, and police officers were observed at the crash site for an extended period on Thursday morning, causing significant traffic delays in the area. Local motorists were urged by police to use alternate routes while the scene was occupied by first responders.

Authorities in Ripley continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
