Southaven, MS (January 7, 2022) – At an unknown time on Friday, January 7, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Southaven.
Mississippi officials confirmed that the crash happened at the intersection of Stateline Road and Airways Boulevard. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing the vehicles to collide forcefully with each other. The involved vehicles were extensively damaged as a result.
Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hurt as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time as police worked to clear the scene.
