Starkville, MS (November 26, 2021) – At 5:50 p.m. on the evening of Wednesday, November 24, an injury accident occurred on a roadway in Starkville.
According to police, the accident happened on Barr Avenue around the area of Memorial Hall. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other forcefully due to reasons that are not fully known. The vehicles involved in the accident were left with extensive damages as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, multiple lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for some time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
