Tupelo, MS – Kevon Page Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Crash on Hwy 371

Tupelo, MS (August 13, 2022) – A man was fatally struck by a car in Tupelo on Thursday, August 4. The victim was identified as Kevon Page, 21, of Tupelo. 

Page was struck by a vehicle on Highway 371 at approximately 6:00 a.m. on August 4. The Lee County Coroner confirmed that Kevon Page lost his life due to multiple wounds on Wednesday, August 10 just before 1:00 a.m. 

Numerous responders were sent to the scene of the accident to assist. What led up to the crash remains under police investigation at this time. 

Traffic was backed up in the area for some time while emergency crews were present. Police urged drivers to find alternate travel routes for the time being.
