Vicksburg, MS (June 11, 2022) – A car crash happened in Vicksburg on Friday afternoon, June 10, that required an emergency dispatch. Responders were sent to the scene of the wreck shortly after 1:00 p.m.
According to information from officials, the incident happened on US-82 near the Mississippi River Bridge. At least one person was hurt in the wreck, however, the extent of any injuries suffered in the accident has not been reported.
Local law enforcement is currently investigating the details of the incident. Delays in traffic were observed in the area for some time after the collision took place.
