Vicksburg, MS (November 13, 2022) – A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Vicksburg on the afternoon of November 11. According to information from reports, the collision occurred at around 4:30 p.m.
Information from local officials states that the incident took place near the Culkin Academy in Warren County. A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle that then fled the area without stopping to render aid.
Information from initial reports shows that the pedestrian sustained injuries in the accident. Their identity has not been reported at this time.
Police asked local drivers to use caution in the area while responders worked to secure the scene and investigate.
