Moss Point, MS (November 23, 2021) – At 8:25 a.m. on Sunday morning, November 21, a multi-vehicle crash occurred in Moss Point.
According to officials, the accident happened on MS-63 at the Moss Point exit. Multiple vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided forcefully with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. It is believed that several people were hurt as a result of the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the collision, all westbound lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
