Oxford, MS (July 26, 2022) – A serious car crash happened on a roadway in Oxford on the evening of July 26. At approximately 8:35 p.m., responders were dispatched to the crash scene near Newks Eatery on University Avenue.
At least one person sustained injuries in the collision that happened between an unspecified number of vehicles. Paramedics, police, and other emergency personnel were seen in the 1300 block of University Avenue shortly after the incident occurred.
Few details have been released concerning the nature of the incident.
