Jackson, MS (October 7, 2022) – A traffic collision took place on Thursday morning and resulted in injuries. Around 8:15 a.m., on October 6, the police in Jackson responded to a crash that took place on Interstate 20.
Preliminary reports provided by the police show that a collision between vehicles blocked the eastbound side of Interstate 20 in the area near Ellis Avenue.
The incident caused delays in the area due to its blocking of the right lane of travel.
At least one person suffered injuries and was transported to a local hospital for further care.
