Irvington, MS (July 12, 2023) – A woman lost her life on Thursday, July 6 in Irvington. She was identified as 40-year-old Bridget Boudreaux.
Boudreaux was walking along the Bayou La Batre Highway when two vehicles became involved in a collision. As a result of the crash, one of the vehicles slammed into Boudreaux, who then sustained severe injuries.
Paramedics rendered aid to the victim at the scene. The victim’s injuries were catastrophic in nature and she was pronounced deceased a short time later. The cause of the auto accident has not been reported at this time.
Authorities in Irvington continue to investigate the details of the accident.
