Mississippi Pedestrian Accidents

Irvington, MS - Bridget Boudreaux Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Bayou La Batre Hwy

In the past decade, pedestrian collisions have become a severe problem in the United States and throughout the United States. Pedestrians are at severe risk of sustaining debilitating injuries or even losing their lives when they become involved in vehicle accidents. This is obviously due to the fact that pedestrians travel with no protection against the strong force of a heavy, large vehicle that has the potential to cause them serious bodily harm. Pedestrians who sustain injuries in auto collisions are often stuck in the hospital, where they must undergo medical care that can be expensive and extensive, costing them a fortune not only in money but also in time and energy.

The average cost of sustaining a serious injury in a car accident of any kind ranges in the tens of thousands of dollars in the United States. For example, an ambulance ride costs somewhere around $1,000. If you or someone you love have recently sustained injuries in a pedestrian crash, you may be dealing with several issues related to your crash, including physical, emotional, and financial problems.
