Jackson, MS (April 24, 2023) – A car crash was reported to police in Jackson on the afternoon of Monday, April 24. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene a short time after the incident happened on Interstate 55.
Police in Jackson went to the crash site with paramedics and fire crews. The incident occurred on Interstate 55 near Countyline Road, exit 103, in Hinds County. The contributing factors of the accident have not been reported at this time.
Paramedics rendered emergency medical aid to those who were hurt at the scene. One or more injured parties were taken by ambulance to local hospitals for further care.
