Oxford, MS (September 3, 2022) – At least one person was hurt in an accident reported in Oxford on the afternoon of September 2. Shortly before 5:00 p.m., responders were dispatched to the scene of an accident on North Lamar Boulevard.
Reports made concerning the details of the collision showed that it happened in the 1300 block of North Lamar Boulevard near Shivers Towing. Injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
Paramedics rendered aid to those involved in the wreck and transported seriously injured patients to area hospitals to receive treatment as necessary.
At this time, the involved parties have not been identified to the public. Authorities in Oxford are still investigating the details of the incident.
