Philadelphia, MS (May 18, 2022) – One or more parties sustained injuries as a result of a car accident that took place on a roadway in Philadelphia on Monday morning, May 17.
According to Philadelphia Police, the accident happened around 7:25 a.m. on East Main Street. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to unknown reasons. The vehicles involved in the accident sustained heavy damages and had to be towed away from the scene.
Paramedics, local fire crews, and several other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. It is believed that one or more people were hurt as a result of the collision. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not known at this time.
