Hinds, County, MS (August 29, 2023) – A major car crash happened in Hinds County on the evening of August 29. At around 7:19 p.m. the incident took place on Lakeland Drive.
Information provided by local officials shows the crash occurred on Interstate 55 North near Lakeland Drive. Vehicles collided in the area for reasons still being investigated by authorities.
Injuries were reported as a result of the accident, however, what caused the collision to occur is still being investigated by authorities. Emergency responders worked to help those who were hurt before taking them to the hospital for further treatment.
