Starkville, MS (November 16, 2023) – A woman was arrested after allegedly striking another woman with her vehicle and leaving the scene in Starkville. Police report they responded to the scene of the incident at the intersection of Blackjack and Blair Road on Tuesday evening near the campus of Mississippi State University. The female victim was found lying in the road and witnesses stated that they saw a vehicle strike her before driving off.
Destiny Mack, 25, was charged in connection with the crash. The two women reportedly know one another, accordion to information from local sources. At this time, the injured victim remains in stable condition. Police in Starkville continue to investigate.
