Hinds County, MS (November 10, 2023) – On the night of November 10, emergency responders in Hinds County were dispatched to the scen of a car crash with injuries. The crash happened at approximately 11:54 p.m., sources said.
The southbound lanes of Interstate 55 were completely blocked for an extensive time while emergency crews worked in the area. Reports show that two or more vehicles crashed near Woodrow Wilson Avenue/exit 98 under circumstances that remain unclear at this time.
Paramedics rendered aid at the scene and treated those with injuries before taking them to the hospital for further care. Currently, their identities have not been reported at this time.
Authorities in Hinds County continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
